DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BAS compliance
o Reviewing GST coding
o P&L and BS review to ensure correct entries
o Report preparation
Bookkeeping and Accounts payable
o Bank reconciliation
o Credit card reconciliation
o Cash float reconciliation
o Debtor entries
o Review Receipt Bank AP invoices in Xero
o Aged payable review
o Account summary report preparation
Client Payment preparation
o Create the batch payment
o Collate and review supporting documents
Internal Systems & Software
• Xero
• QBO
• Office 365 (including Microsoft Teams)
• HubOne/SharePoint
• ReceiptBank (OCR)
• CCH iFirm - (Practice Management)
• Igloo (for White Sky's internal resources)
• Nitro Pro
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of UK accounting experience
Knowledgeable on XERO
Must be willing to work for a temporary work from home set-up (equipment is provided)
