Producing Limited Company/Partnership Accounts from both manual records (bank statements/sales invoices/loans/HP docs etc), and from cloud based software e.g. Xero , Sage, Quickbooks
Interacting with clients regarding queries on the accounts and producing final file for partner review
Completing Corporation Tax Returns and Tax Computations
Uploading all documents to our Iris Openspace portal for client approval and signature
Need to have a good knowledge of Xero/Sage/Quickbooks and be able to :
Reconcile the bank account if not completed by the client
Review account transactions for mis-posting and to make necessary corrections
Make necessary journal adjustments to software once accounts have been approved
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience as UK Accountant
• A professional accounting qualification
• Technical accounting skills and understanding of UK GAAP (FRS105 & FRS102) are required.
• Excellent communication and dealing with clients abilities.
• Experience using Xero accounting software and other digital tools such as QuickBooks and Sage.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
