Design and ensure that they are visually effective and have a responsive user interface for web and mobile devices and are easy to access.
Produce compelling visual design deliverables (prototypes, wireframes, mockups (websites and landing pages), infographics and sourced out stock images, social media posters, logos, etc.) as specified by the project
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with project team members through website build, launch, and post-launch activities
Review creative briefs and project requirements with the Lead Web Designer to ensure a thorough and complete understanding of assigned projects and tasks
Regularly consult with Lead Web Designer to ensure design deliverables are ready for client presentations and delivery
Work through design problems and develop solutions.
Document design decisions and formulate development specifications
Ensure the quality of output for creative work while meeting project timelines.
Train/ educate team members as needed
1-2 years of proven UI/ UX or Web Design experience
Strong knowledge of these software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other visual design and UI tools)
Familiarity with the bootstrap grid system is required
Knowledge of Page builders such as Elementor or something similar is a plus
Expert understanding of UI/ UX best practices and design principles
Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and self-motivated
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strict attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines in an agency setting
Great English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an open-mindedness, curiosity, and a willingness to accept feedback
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust plans rapidly if needed
Strong understanding of current industry trends with the ability to adapt to new technologies
