About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be in charge of creating world-class design elements, including concept/wireframes and high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate with a high-performing team of developers, designers, and account managers to provide front-end design and development solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Produce best-in-class wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design - within the allocated time.
Collaborate with Developers and Account Managers to ensure UX/UI designs suit the development approach, budget, and timeline.
Complete accuracy in following clients' set style and brand guidelines.
Provide recommendations and advice to the Account Management Team on the best design and creative approach to achieve effective and valuable solutions for the client.
Efficiently work to a schedule to meet deliverables on task and project work.
Assist account managers to set realistic timeframes for design work.
Follow internal design processes.
Anticipate potential problems and provide solutions relating to front end design and development.
Identify and communicate any possible issues with the Senior team.
Assist Senior Designers when required.
Communicate well, giving proactive feedback to the team.
Identify areas that can be streamlined or automated.
See-through a project/task from conception to the finished product.
Effectively perform high volume workloads with tight deadlines.
About You
You will succeed in this position if you're driven to find new and innovative solutions to UI/UX design challenges by keeping abreast of current best practices and emerging trends in UI design and UI technology.
UI/UX design for digital assets for Australia's biggest and coolest e-commerce brands will fall to you, so you should have solid agency experience and extensive knowledge of e-commerce website design.
Position Prerequisites
At least three (3) years of UX/UI design experience.
Have a digital agency experience.
Have an eCommerce web design experience, preferably in Shopify.
An expert in Figma or Adobe XD
Have experience producing high-quality work, from small tasks to large scale projects.
Have an enthusiastic attitude that embraces ownership and collaboration.
Have good organisational skills.
A team player with the ability to work within a highly collaborative agency.
Energy and drive to manage multiple projects in tandem.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, teamwork skills
