Quality Control team support the firm's commitment to customer obsession by: Driving process and procedural efficiencies Improving the control environment Providing meaningful data used for coaching, feedback and performance management Creating a great experience for our customers and business partners Position Duties and Responsibilities Leadership Champions in achieving process improvement goals Implement and measure business functions according to QA standards May manage matrix testing team globally Contribute/Participate in performance management Provides feedback and training to the team Support in recruiting and hiring QC personnel Review and approve documented procedures and trainings Quality Control Manage QC activities of complex projects within schedule and budget with minimal to no supervision Facilitates/Participates in meetings with the project team as QC or Process SME Serve as escalation channel for QC team and Business Leads Review all project documentation and deliver QC artifacts Validates testing coverage and requirements traceability Consolidate, reconcile and communicate QC results to the stakeholders regularly Provide concise analysis and solutions for individual findings Partner with stakeholders to prioritize QC review Performs select control monitoring reviews on critical processes Create and maintain quality review checklist Assess and revise sampling model based on business goals Collaborates with business partners on effective dispute resolution/exception Collaborate with stakeholders on finding solutions to control gaps with procedure changes Provide production validation and post-implementation support Position Requirements College graduate or equivalent experience At least 5 years experience in quality control for software products Skills in Selenium is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ALM, EPIC and JIRA Knowledge of VBA, SharePoint, ASC, Omni, Clarity, Confluence and Tableau is a plus Core competencies: attention to detail, effective communication, decision making, critical thinking, teamwork
