Course Hero is scaling! We are looking for a Tutor Community Representative (Digital Marketing) to engage with newly acquired tutors and help set them up for success. As a Tutor Community Rep, you will be the main person responsible for the onboarding and welcoming of tutors; will grow the family of tutors and keep them actively answering and will guide them on all know-hows and update them on all the latest programs and updates.
Note: Candidates must be based in the Philippines.
The Role:
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to conduct Activation Workshops for all newly approved tutors in the platform.
Conducts events (online and on campus) to help tutors get started on Course Hero.
Manage all the Approved Tutors (Active / Inactive), schedule events, follow-up through sms, cold calls, emails and etc.
Trains tutors to provide QUALITY ANSWERS to the platform.
Checks on them to make sure they are helped whenever there are issues related to their activity in the platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource/Mass Communication/Business/Marketing
Fresh graduates are welcome. (0-2 years)
Certified achiever and go getter. (Graduate with Honors or is active in school
organizations)
Related job experience in Human resource, Business Development, or Accounts Management is preferred.
Self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, adaptable to any circumstance, resilient
