Functional Overview: The TS Asset Management Intern is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of assets with a focus on formulating and executing asset management. Duties and Responsibilities: . Receive delivery of items from the vendor. . Functional Overview: The TS Asset Management Intern is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of assets with a focus on formulating and executing asset management. Duties and Responsibilities: . Receive delivery of items from the vendor. . Checking the items based on PO, sales invoice, and delivery receipt. . Encoding the newly delivered items in Receiving Item Tracker (for online and local purchases) . Encoding the newly delivered items in Asset Tracker. . Tagging the newly delivered fixed assets. . Issuance of new delivered items. . Filing signed accountability forms to HR Data Team. . Update Asset Tracker daily and/or as needed. . Produce weekly spare report. . Tracking fixed assets movement. . Document fixed assets for disposal. . Conduct Annual Physical Count and re-tagging of assets. . Maintain level of stock for consumables items and fixed assets. Minimum Qualifications: . Monitors and maintains records and inventories of IT purchased assets in Asset Inventory Tracker . Performs other duties that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
