Duties and responsibilities * * Receive delivery of items from the vendor Functional overview The Asset Management is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of assets with a focus on formulating and executing asset management. Duties and responsibilities Receive delivery of items from the vendor. Checking the items based on PO, sales invoice, and delivery receipt. Encoding the newly delivered items in Receiving Item Tracker (for online and local purchases) Encoding the newly delivered items in Asset Tracker. Tagging the newly delivered fixed assets. Issuance of new delivered items. Filing signed accountability forms to HR Data Team. Update Asset Tracker daily and/or as needed. Produce weekly spare report. Tracking fixed assets movement. Document fixed assets for disposal. Conduct Annual Physical Count and re-tagging of assets. Maintain level of stock for consumables items and fixed assets. Minimum competencies Monitors and maintains records and inventories of IT purchased assets in Asset Inventory Tracker Performs other duties that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Minimum qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
