RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate & timely accounting, reconciliation & initiation of transactions relating to lending systems
Provide support in Funding & Trust Expenses
Reconcile the daily loan to bank transactions for various Warehouse & Securitisation Trust accounts
Preparation of daily cash payments
Support Operations team with processing of certain financial adjustments in the mortgage platform
Reconciliation and accurate accounting for Trust Manager Costs and borrower expenses payable
Preparation monthly balance sheet reconciliation and follow-up reconciling items
SELECTION CRITERIA
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Demonstrated experience in Accounting or Finance role for a minimum of three (3) years
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Experience working for an Australian or any financial institution is preferred
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Positive disposition and can-do attitude
Ability to work well within a team environment
