Job Description:
Manage all VISMIN Delivery Orders
Truck booking for VISMIN deliveries.
Processing and planning all deliver orders for shipping instructions
Assists outbound group documentation and attachment of Purchase Orders for deliveries and dispatch.
Set strategic route planning, arrange all truck booking ahead of time based from required delivery date and volume inspection of quality of unit during loading
Timely monitoring and accurate release of Delivery Orders.
Prepare cut off weekly basis base on Sailing Schedule
Monitor stock transfer and for change PGI/RDD and transmittal of vismin pick up.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
