Primary Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the short and long term trend of maintenance defects occurring at the Line Maintenance level via
Maintenance Log entries / PIREPS and aircraft Post-Flight Report Summaries and to immediately assist in the
field for its actual Troubleshooting and or rectification.
2. When in the field (ramp) he must immediately coordinate with DAEs / DDEs to ensure troubleshooting
instructions are issued to the Maintenance Providers base to his recommendation as observed during his field or
ramp visit assessment on the troubled aircraft to promptly rectify the indicated system failure(s) and prevent an
operational disruption or AOGs.
3. Randomly checks at ramp all OPEN MELs/ CDLs / ADDs / CFIs correctness of its actual snag against the recorded
entries.
4. Develop troubleshooting strategies and plans to address complex, intransient and recurring defects, AOGs per
actual observation.
5. Act at times as DAE / DDE when deemed necessary.
6. To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by
complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents,
incidents and hazards.
7. Elevate issues to his superiors as deemed necessary.
8. Perform other tasks as directed by his superiors.
9. To observe Company rules and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or associated engineering or AMT course
Must have at least (10) year of work experience as a Line Aircraft Mechanic
Willing to work onsite in Pasay and shifting schedules.
