Responsibilities
Monitors cash receipts
Ensure that disbursements are updated on proper accounts after checking bank (BPI, PSBANK, CBC, EWB, BDO, RCBC) statements and passbooks within the month
Prepares bank reconciliation
Identifies the differences between the balances of the book and the bank (PSBANK, CBC, EWB, BDO, RCBC, MBTC, BPI / CBC/ MBTC Time Deposits) and records the required adjustments
Preparation of BIR 2307 forms
Monitoring of EWT is timely updated to prevent bulk transactions and supports report for tax-compliance
