Job Description:
Treasury Analyst, Cash Management:
Updates daily cash balances report based on the available and withdrawable balances of various bank accounts for SLGFI Operating and VULs
Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately
Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining to Collection and Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL
Coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries
Process fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online
Handles updating and monitoring of NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports
Preferred skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
preferrably a CPA
Qualifications:
Experience: at least 1 year in Treasury Operations
Technical/Soft Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)/Internet applications
Good English communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to analyze and resolve issues/concerns on a timely basis
Personal attributes such as initiative, attention to detail and with sound work ethics
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Quick learner
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
