Duties and Responsibilities
Process and release check, petty cash and account transfers
Prepare purchase and payment of local transactions.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Run various reports to verify the accuracy of the data input and to generate checks
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of work experience is required for this position
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office application
Must de detailed-oriented and can work with little supervision
Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig City
Experience:
Accounts Payable: 2 years (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
