Key Responsibilities
Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
Staying updated with company policies and procedures
Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications
At least 2 years in college with no back subjects
More than 2-year work experience with minimum 6 months in a supervisor / SME role
Excellent written communication and business writing skills
Good knowledge of computers, including MS Office, internet services and online tools
Good typing skills
Sound customer service skills and soft skills with prime focus being on customer satisfaction
Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure, as well as handle stressful situations without being overwhelmed
Team player
Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
