·         At least high school graduate
·         Must have at least 1-year experience booking/reservations/ticketing for a travel account
·         Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to issuing of tickets, and effecting changes to schedules
·         Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills
·         Willing to work mid-shifts including night, weekend schedules and overtime
·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume service center self-managing efficiencies
·         Detail oriented
·         Excellent English oral and written communication skills
·         Ability to promptly resolve client inquiries and escalate as need
·         Ability to attentively service customer needs and concerns while being empathetic and maximizing opportunity to resolve a customer’s concern
·         Willingness to address the expressed and unexpressed needs of the client helping to build customer loyalty.
·         Ability to utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquires
·         Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
·         Ability to be organized and detail oriented with the capability to multi task
·         Experience in Travel, Airline Ticketing and Reservations is a must
·         Amenable to work in Cebu Business Park
