Purpose
Responsible for processing and managing travel transactions and requests in accordance with the passenger's needs and company policy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Booking airfares for international and domestic trips
Book accommodations for international and domestic trips
Update online booking records/database
Create Request for Payment with SOA breakdown
Provide quotations for airfare and accommodation
Seek approval from Finance Group (Budgeted /Non-budgeted)
Process travel visas
Initiate partnership with airline and hotels for preferred rates
Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
A. Minimum Education
College Degree in Tourism or any relevant field
B. Minimum Experience/Training
At least 1 year of experience as Travel Specialist or similar role
C. Competency
Knowledgeable in travel and tourism
Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
Good knowledge of travel software
Proficiency in English
Customer oriented mindset
Critical thinker and problem solver
Team player
Good organizational and time management skills
Great interpersonal skills
Candidates with rich personal experience in travelling will have an advantage
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
