Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing analytical, programming, and technical expertise to design and implement solutions to support business needs.
You will Analyze, design and implement solutions for new project, maintenance, and enhancement requests of the business tools and applications used.
You will serve as escalation point for application issues addressed to the team, managing system-related cases, and raising tickets for investigation and/or tool updates.
You will prepare test plans and conduct thorough testing documentation of solutions, and prepare project work plans and schedules and assess required resources, time, and etc.
You will make recommendations to management to implement improved processes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong understanding of Travel and Expense Reimbursement System (Concur) with good understanding of IT systems functions in general.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills in gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying, evaluating and proposing solutions and able to identify critical requirements and prioritize tasks, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build business cases and communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions
Exposure to Agile tools (e.g. JIRA etc)
Strong drive to achieve and able to collaborate with remote teams internal and external to the organization.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Loves collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find ways to adopt innovative operational practices
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Experience in the areas of payment, cash management and/or banking would be an added advantage
Experience in Audit support, Compliance testing and Risk Management
Knowledge in Visual Basic Applications or Robotic Process Automation would be added advantage
