Summary
Role is responsible in ensuring that the needs of travelling employees due to Dexcom business concerns are attended to which covers arrangements for transportation, accommodation, visa processing . The role also covers for visitor management which covers both local and global visitors. With this, the role will require regular interface with Procurement, Facilities, and other Admin personnel to get the job done.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Obtains information of travel requests for both international and local travels.
Arranges for travel reservations to include seeking appropriate logical airfare options, sending trip confirmation details, and confirming airport pick-up and security.
Resolves travel concerns to include setting up Company travel accounts, coordination & processing of visa requirements, and arranging for hotel accommodations.
Organize and coordinate visitor management via coordinating with Site Facilities on:
Access control (building and Dexcom Office)
Facilities request (Special trip request, use of facilities, room reservation and event's set up)
Manpower assistance (Special Room Set up e.g. coffee, snacks, furniture arrangements, etc.)
Seat/ Locker assignment as needed
Manage visitors to the office by welcoming them
Partners with EHS/BCP to proactively monitor visitor whereabout in cases of contingency
Performs other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned by line manager.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Extensive understanding of international and domestic trips and it's requirements.
Knowledge on processing of travel visas and maintaining a disciplined approach in maintaining travel database and relevant files.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and stakeholder management.
Ability to perform other functions as required in the nature and scope of position.
Functional Description
Provides admin and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, information to caller, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, complies and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

Has obtained a broad understanding and knowledge of the job to perform a wide range of tasks.
Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
Judgement
Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Experience and Education
Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
