* Answer calls and respond to emails
* Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
* Provide customers with product and service information
* Route calls to appropriate resource
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
Basic Qualifications:
-At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
-Excellent English Communication Skills
-Must be self-confident and self-motivated
-Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.
-Sales background a plus but not required

•Photo of Wired Connection (Modem, LAN/Ethernet Cable)
•Speed test screenshot ( 12MBPS Download & 5MBPS Upload speed)
