Responsibilities
To monitor shipment status; ensure timely transport of goods and Proof of delivery from the pick-up point, Cross dock facilities and to delivery point
To closely monitor positioning and arrival of allocated trucks and delivery crews/assemblers at warehouse, cross dock facilities and customers
To properly file, update and safe keep all pertinent information, data, and documents/reports from the day to day transactions
To submit accurate and timely reports (e.g. OTD and irregularities) required by management and customers
To coordinate with the inhouse and dispatch team on all issues pertaining to the deliveries and ensure timely and proper resolution
To act as go between of information and action as may be required between the Inhouse representative and the SDSI dispatch operations people for customer
To ensure proper handling, sorting, labeling and storage of the items during dispatch and in the warehouse
To properly escalate issues to immediate superior that need intervention

Qualifications
Good Communication Skills
High School Graduate or College Level is required
