The Transformation Principal APAC (Sr Advisor, Business Systems) is part of the GBS Transformation Delivery team. As a trusted advisor to the regional businesses, the Transformation Leader plans and leads complex business transformation initiatives across lines of business and GBS operations, collaborating extensively with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, develop sustainable holistic solutions, and establish common processes and enterprise standards for Ingram Micro. The Transformation Leader is responsible championing and utilizing process mining technology the GBS Business Transformation methodology. The Transformation Leader contributes to the GBS Business Transformation strategy and oversees the regional Transformation Delivery team's performance, training, and development. What You Bring to the Role: Lead Regional Business Transformation Initiatives Stakeholder Management Manage, Train and Develop Transformation Team. Contribute to Business Transformation strategy and knowledge base. The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications: Education & Experience: 10+ years Business Transformation consulting or equivalent experience in a complex organization. Demonstrated success analyzing complex processes and operating environments, architecting holistic improvements (covering process, technology and organization), quantifying operational and financial benefits Suitable client service experience, business acumen, professional judgment, and communication skills to engage effectively with senior executives and process owners. Credentials and expertise in one or more of the following: Business Process Design Lean Transformation Process Mining Strong facilitation skills, experience with modern analytics and tools, and ability to rapidly establish depth in core process areas Successful project team management and/or large scale cross functional team leadership. BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or related field required MS or MBA preferred Technical Knowledge & Skills: Celonis or Similar Process Mining (Kofax) regional implementation experience is a strong plus. Customer and Industry Knowledge: Experience in Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus Evidenced desire to lead complex business transformation initiatives with aggressive targets and timelines *This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
