We are looking for talented Training Specialist to join our amazing Mobile Account at Transcosmos McKinley Hill Manila!
Successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day Training & Development and Coordination of Managed Service training and on-going development!

As a Training Specialist you are responsibleto deliver a face to face and/or remote training. Manage and maintain all service agents' progression with on-going service development.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience in the BPO industry.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels.
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success.
Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly.
Flexible to work on a shifting schedule / Graveyard shift.
