Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational materials and organizing training sessions for new hires, develops team skills in areas of customer service, technical troubleshooting and communication. Provides updates and details on new products. A Trainer instructs and informs staff about system use and policies/process. Additionally, Trainer may track staff performance to assess training effectiveness.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Identifying training and development needs within the team through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Team Leaders, Service Delivery Manager and Client
Designing and expanding training and development plans based on Company, Team and individual needs
Managing the delivery of training and development plans
Producing, reviewing and updating training plans and materials as required by internal and external inputs
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Team Leaders and Service Delivery Manager
Evaluating training and development plans
Seek opportunities to strengthen own knowledge, skills and experience
Requirements
Technical:
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
University degree (or equivalent)
Previous experience in SSC/BPO as a Trainer
Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
Computer knowledge including Social Media platforms and Internet
Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company
Good working knowledge of Computers including Microsoft Office, social media and the internet
Ability to take right decisions, strong sense of ownership and accountability
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems
Positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work
