The TRAINING OFFICER is responsible for ensuring that the RAFI Development Academy courses are implemented up to agreed quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinates with the focal persons of the different program units of RAFI to identify the
following capability initiatives for their stakeholders
Conducts training needs assessment to the identified stakeholders of the RAFI programs
Handles the gathering, retention, and management of records of participants
Prepares training materials including but not limited to handouts, workshop items, writing
materials, projector, etc.
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Education, or its equivalent
Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher
With at least 2 years of experience in learning and development design and implementation or administration
