Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedule and instruct regular training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management on team performance, and KPI measurements
Maintain updated records and all relevant documents of training curricula and material
Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor or master's degree in Communication Arts, Education, Human Resources or relevant field
Minimum 1 year of relevant training development experience; preferred in Express industry or related fields
Good in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Good command in English and Chinese is preferred
Additional certification in training is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approaches
Willing to work at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave., McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City for 6 days per week.
