JOB DESCRIPTION:
Drive commercial excellence and capabilities of the sales team. Design, develop and implement comprehensive training program that supports the business objectives of the organization in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence and HR departments
Lead embedding of sales competency development programs through various follow through initiatives in collaboration with Sales Managers

Key Areas of Accountability:
People Development of District Sales Manager and Reps
Involvement in the recruitment and /or promotions to the PMR/DSM Position
Coordinate with Senior Training Manager in designing, developing and implementing New PMR and DSM Onboarding Program and District Sales Manager Skills Development and other competency development programs
Assessment of PMR/DSM competencies and skills utilizing various assessment tools as for example: 360° Feedback, On-the-job evaluation etc
Observe and provide quality feedback on PMR/DSM competencies aligned with the Abbott EPD PMR/ DSM Success Profile
Develop, implement and monitor PMR/ DSM Individual Development Plan
Collaborate with National Sales Manager and Sales Director on the field force Development
Continuous Workplace Learning and Performance
Maximize the EPD Learning Management System by curating online courses and testing for the field force
Transform current and future learning materials ready for F2F and virtual learning interventions
Develop digital microlearning content to enhance sales force capability.
Ensure ongoing follow through programs for the filed force both for Global and locally initiated programs
Coordinate and support co-training manager in the knowledge and skill building of PMRs in assigned therapeutic area
Reporting and Administration
Timely reporting of fieldwork reports, skills audit and knowledge tests
