Job Summary: The Training Instructor is responsible for performing training apprentice functions such as supporting the training team by assisting tenure training specialists, delivering Transcosmos training modules & supporting new hire classes as support team members conducting Crosschecks or helping in call taking sessions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Complete the onboarding process to ensure that all trainees are equipped to complete new hire training.
Support new hire classes as support coaches or assistant trainers as needed.
Submit daily reports to the training manager & team that show key tasks completed per day
Facilitate learning using effective presentation, facilitation, and coaching, via classroom, on-the-job, self-paced, web-conferencing programs, one-on-one, and other training delivery methods.
Communicate with the immediate manager any process or skill gaps and developmental opportunities of individuals and/or teams in the account.
Liaise with other departments such as Quality, Operations, IT, HR, etc. to ensure that training programs are implemented effectively
Complete multiple training tasks with high attention to details
Skills / Attributes Required
Display strong reading comprehension, attention to details, and typing skills
Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams
Show flexibility by being able to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
Demonstrate emotional intelligence by handling work under pressure effectively

Requirements
Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
At least High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred
At least 2 years' experience as a Training Instructor
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels
Languages
