Job Summary:
Training Instructors are responsible for delivering end-to-end Training activities on behalf of our pioneer US Telco account! As well leading the initial new-hire/classroom training (inc Culture, Soft Skills and Product/Processes), you will also partner with ongoing Operations/Performance Development depts to develop both group and individual learning programs for the 'Customer Care Agents' within the service.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Create, maintain and manage all services training material for both company/customer
Deliver face to face and/or remote training to internal service delivery staff
Manage and maintain all service agents' progression with on-going service development
Create, maintain and manage all Services timetable of training for new starter's inductions for both Internal and External customers
Organise 1-2-1 development review documentation for each agent, attend development reviews with Service Delivery Manager/Team Leader
Perform initial and on-going language training for new starters
Make effective use of procedural, informational, and technical documentation
Requirements
Must have University degree
Exceptional English communication skills
At least 2 year's experience in Training (multinational corporate customer support environment)
Highly customer focused with a good understanding and working knowledge of the Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
Ability to earn the respect of internal and external customers, colleagues, and management
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success
Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent presentation & facilitation skills
Flexible to work on a shifting schedule (24/7 support)
