Job Description
The IQ-EQ training team is passionate about supporting our people in their continuous development of the 'Know How (IQ) and Know You (EQ)' of our clients.
As a member of the training team, you will provide high-quality service and support to the Manila business. All training deliverables must be of the highest quality and support the continuous development of the 'Know-How and Know You' ethos of our business.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
Assist in L&D Program Implementation
Coordinate with training participants and stakeholders
Send out training announcements and training calendar or schedule
Send out training invitation
Check participant completion of required pre-work prior to confirming participant attendance
Confirm participant attendance and manage waitlisted participants
Assign Nimble courses to employees as needed and requested
Coordinate with IT to ensure participants are provided complete systems access prior to day 1 of Induction
Create and send out any other information related to training and learning
Program Implementation
Create channels or virtual classrooms in MS Teams or other IQ-EQ systems for virtual training
Upload activities for training in the virtual classroom
Upload files and materials in MS Teams
Clear simulations from the Investran training database and assign training funds to participants
Create trainee folders for access to documents and resources needed for simulation
Documentation and Evaluation
Send out and gather insights from post-training evaluation forms
Manage and update the training tracker
Inform participants and managers of the final grade of participants in the Induction
Extract Nimble reports and provide them to stakeholders as needed
Assist Technical Training Officer by facilitating simple short training courses and/or activities (e.g. ice breakers, energizers, etc.)
Monitor new hires' progress during the transition phase from classroom training to their floor endorsement
Assist in learning design
Upload Nimble e-learning modules based on agreed-upon design
Continuous improvement
Suggest improvements to L&D processes
Implement projects related to improving L&D
Qualifications
College graduate preferably with a degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, or any business course, or industrial engineering.
Intermediate MS office skills.
Knowledge regarding the financial services industry or alternative investments is desirable but not required.
