Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology.
Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Training and Development or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Provides support for Sales Capability and Efficiency projects as assigned by the Sales Capability and Efficiency Leadership Team
Prepares reports needed for Sales Capability and Efficiency activities
Supports the Sales Capability & Efficiency Manager and Trainer in all trainings by preparing the materials needed in a training seminar.
Reserves rooms, venues, and other viable places in conducting trainings
Sends out invitations to participants for trainings to be facilitated
Prepares the evaluation reports every after training including the onboarding programs.
Checks & monitors the creature comforts, the facilities & equipment used for training.
Maintains & updates Training Records, Training Calendar, SCE portal & training materials
Provides needed data for monitoring the Incentives program for all Channels
Monitors Onboarding Program for all channels
Updates all Training logs
Data Library for Customer Profile of all channels
Updates & monitors the Sales Capability and Efficiency webpage in the intranet
Additional Requirements
Educational Background; Bachelor's Degree graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
Confident, Highly Personable, Service Oriented, Highly Organized and Professional
Experience in sales training and organization development is an advantage.
