The Training Associate will primarily be responsible for training and development functions among the employees of St. Luke's Medical Center. Functions include facilitation of training programs, training needs analysis, conducting training on clinical skills-related modules (BLS, ACLS, etc.), and training events.
Preferably a Licensed Nurse or Licensed MedTech
Related experience in training is an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
