Manage the Learning Management System, including user administration, course creation, content uploading, and reporting.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurately represented in the LMS.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
Deliver training sessions using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, and webinars.
Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge retention and skills development.
Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and address questions or concerns during training sessions.
Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the learning experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on Learning Management System administration, training design, and facilitation.
Experience in the banking or fintech industry is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration and content creation.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, including needs analysis, learning objectives development, and assessment design.
Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions in various formats.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Familiarity with the banking or fintech industry, its products, services, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Familiarity with multimedia production tools, graphics editing software, and video editing software is a plus.
