We are looking to hire a dedicated Training and Quality Manager who will help the organization in identifying training needs, manages day to day operations to ensure audit delivery business operations are done per client requirement.
Job Description
Ensure quality framework is in place and coordinated across stakeholders
Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with the operations team to improve quality performance
Establish quality governance process with clients and operations to ensure effective communication and organization
Works with the client on change management process, tools enhancements, and workflow amendments
Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
Reviews existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance
Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so
Implement clear overall quality strategy with scalable process/tools/ systems that allow resource-efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and align to Project’s contract agreement
Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment and manages course enrolment
Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Learning Management, Instructional Design, Quality Assurance or a related field
Relevant years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training and quality
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to meet multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity
Willing to work office-based at our Mango Square Office, Mondays-Fridays from 8 AM – 5 PM
