TRAINING AND QUALITY ANALYST
Overview of the role:
Responsible for identifying process gaps, analyze processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or simplified. Manage and implement process change per account requirement. Facilitate process workshops, including documentation of information relevant to the account/s.
What this job involves:
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations and the Accounts Team
Conduct Root Cause Analysis on account escalations as required by the Operations Team and provide specific action plans and preventive measures
Provide recommendations for process improvement and implement changes on processes accordingly
Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training sessions
Coordinate process requirements for new and / or transitioned accounts including workshops for clients and Facilities Managers on the Web Portal functionality
Manage and update the Manuals for each account
Identify and address training gaps by creating and updating relevant reference materials such as Quick Reference Guides, Training Modules
Coordinate with the Data Management Team any Clarify data updates per account requirements
Conduct monthly internal calibration sessions
Ensure that weekly QA Audit compliance is met
Identify and address process gaps on a weekly basis through the analysis and evaluation of random work orders received from calls, email or web
Conduct weekly QA huddles to discuss QA top drivers and ensure that all members of the team are aligned with each of the accounts' processes
Provide Operations Floor Support on a daily basis
Proactively escalate work order issues to the Operations Leads and provide recommendations for appropriate corrective actions

Do you have excellent verbal and written English communication skills? Then you will surely qualify for the job. Advanced proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite is also necessary for the role. Flexibility and willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules is a plus.
