Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Training and Development Manager's general objective is to strategize, plan and implement organization's development programs that will enhance the capabilities of the employees. The incumbent is responsible for improving employees' productivity through effective development, implementation and coordination of learning and development programs for organization's workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Bachelor of Education, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Human Resources Management and/or any four (4) year similar fields.
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience in training and development.
• At least three (3) years' experience as a Trainor
• Knowledgeable in Learning and Development Processes such as Training Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation and utilization of the Performance Management System
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and instructional design or training delivery with project and time management skills
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With very good presentation ability, dynamic and result-oriented
