You'll take the lead in designing engaging content and developing impactful training materials for our online learning platforms. You'll also conceptualize new training campaigns and continuously improve existing ones to keep them fresh and effective.You'll facilitate both self-paced and live remote training sessions, guiding learners through each step with clarity and confidence. Your ability to connect, adapt, and deliver value across different audiences will make you an essential part of our training strategy.You'll be responsible for promoting Remote Readiness & Digital Facilitation by applying adult learning principles and digital engagement strategies to ensure high levels of participation in a remote-first training environment. Your role will involve keeping learners active, accountable, and fully engaged throughout the training cycle through the use of interactive tools such as breakout sessions, quizzes, polls, and learning management system (LMS) integration.Your Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Training Manager and cross-functional teams to plan, align, and execute training strategies that support upcoming campaigns and business goals.
Client-Focused Training Delivery: Partner with client success teams and clients directly to understand training needs, deliver tailored product/service education, adapt content, and ensure all learning objectives are achieved.
Custom Program Development: Design and develop training programs customized to client-specific requirements, including VIDEO SOPs, presentations, LMS courses, and instructor-led training agendas.
Facilitation of Learning: Deliver engaging, results-driven training sessions-both group and individual-using a blend of instructor-led, self-paced, and virtual learning approaches.
Content Creation and Curation: Create and maintain high-quality educational materials, including learning modules, videos, slideshows, and other training resources that support knowledge retention and application.
Training Evaluation and Optimization: Conduct assessments to identify learning gaps, collect feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze trainee performance and engagement, using data to make informed adjustments to training strategies.
WFH Compliance Training: Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions on remote work expectations, cybersecurity, data privacy, and digital communication best practices.
Tools Onboarding & Technical Walkthroughs: Ensure agents are proficient in tools commonly used in BPO remote setups (e.g., Zendesk, Five9, Talkdesk, Slack, Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Training Documentation for Audits: Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, attendance, evaluations, and certifications for internal audit and compliance purposes.
WFH Engagement Programs: Develop initiatives to maintain morale, team cohesion, and learner motivation in a virtual training setup.

Training Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Trainer within the BPO industry, with a strong foundation in both facilitation and instructional design.
