Be the next Trainer for our Transcom Pasig site.Join our Transcom Family as a Trainer!The Trainer will be responsible for equipping new hires and tenured employees with the skills, knowledge, and compliance standards required to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a highly regulated industry.Key Responsibilities- Facilitate new hire training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service skills, financial regulations, and system navigation.- Deliver upskilling, cross-training, and refresher sessions to ensure agents stay aligned with evolving FinTech policies and processes.- Assess learner progress through tests, role-plays, and live monitoring, providing coaching and feedback to ensure readiness.- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions.- Create and update training materials, knowledge bases, and job aids in alignment with client requirements and regulatory changes.- Track, document, and report on training effectiveness using metrics and feedback analysis.- Promote a learning culture by engaging and motivating employees through interactive and practical learning methods.What we are looking for:To be successful in this role you must...- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred)- Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in the BPO industry; FinTech or Financial Services account exposure strongly preferred- Strong understanding of financial compliance, data privacy, and security standards- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and skill levels- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.What's in it for YOU!Driven by our "Malasakit" culture, we make certain that our team members are well-cared for.
