You are OddGroup's Traffic Manager.
You oversee the daily traffic of all of Odd Group's ongoing projects and initiatives and make sure that all schedules are on-time and done in an efficient manner.
You are the time-management pro in the group who help creative teams and the business departments organise projects and deliverables for the agency's clients.
You are the in-between within teams in fielding and assigning requests, managing deadlines and delivering final products.
You also help the Management in building a pool of freelance and contractual workforce in order to successfully maintain good and quality operation during seasons of heavy workload in the group.
Minimum of 2 Years Relevant Experience
1. You have remarkable soft skills in communication and organisational expertise.
2. You have really good business composure, having grace under pressure and can thrive at situations that are tough and challenging.
3. You are good at juggling and managing a variety of projects and is confident not to get overwhelmed with looming deadlines.
4. You are adaptable and flexible by nature, making way for you to manage changes in timelines and delays should there be any.
5. You have impeccable skills in multitasking, organising and collaborating.
6. You have strong decision-making and prioritisation skills.
7. You have strong people management skills, getting the team to do the task with quality while managing their deadlines. This also goes handy in trying to push back dates with the business team and the clients.
8. You have a strong understanding about marketing and advertising.
9. You have strong resilience that enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
10. You have strong problem-solving skills, is able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
11. You have enthusiasm about the industry with a real desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media and come up with ways to ensure the best practices are executed within the agency.
