The FXT Trading Apprentice is an apprentice of the Senior Forex Trader and is mentored and supervised in all Forex Trading activities, such as trading operations, client acquisition, and account management. His/her focus is to generate maximum income for the company, while learning the ropes. Upon graduation, the Apprentice will be promoted to an Assistant Junior Trader.
An FXT Trading Apprentice's main role is to trade and book foreign exchange transactions for global payments. The apprentice will also be required to grow and onboard their own client portfolio.
Funding of Transactions Assist Senior Traders in managing the department's blotter and ensure the most competitive funding cost and availability of funds for transactions.
FX Pricing Assist Senior Traders to provide FX pricing to clients and FAOs at the most competitive rate while keeping in mind maximized income. Order Booking Process/Book Global Payment order through the company's FX Trading platform.
Accounts Management Ensure and enhance customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery. Maintain existing client retention and reactivation of dormant accounts. Ensure client compliance on company policies and procedures.
Sales Development Generating prospective leads and onboarding new clients. Ensure growth in existing/new portfolio. Support validation of transactions and settlement banks.Assist team members in account management
Problem-Solving Handles escalation and troubleshoot resolution of client's concern.
Compliance Ensure adherence of all transactions to BSP and AMLC's regulatory guidelines
Others Perform tasks assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration or related field;
Required Skills: Goal-Oriented, Customer Focus, database management, and tech-savvy;

Passionate to learn Forex Trading or Financial Services;
Capable of working remotely;
