YOUR ROLE AS TRADE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
You will be part of the Risk Management team for a business involved in wholesale trade of a variety of goods.
As a Trade Support Executive, you will be responsible for:
Executing sales and purchase contracts.
Keying in Market data in the System (Agiblock).
Performing reconciliations with Accounts for FX trades.
Performing reconciliations with Accounts for final pricing and provisional pricing.
Performing reconciliations with Accounts for Sales and purchase invoices.
Performing reconciliation of hedging trades invoices from external party to Accounts.
Preparing schedules for trades for tracking
Entering trades in the system.
Requirements
As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the trade industry
With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
Has a good understanding of the business of trading
Knowledgeable in doing trade support and documentation
Experience in MS Power BI is a plus
Experience in foreign exchange and commodity trading is an advantage
A high level of spoken and written business English
Excellent time management skills; knows how to prioritize work, and able to multi-task to get things done in an efficient manner
Can handle research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, bills payables.
Has high attention to detail
With strong analytical skills and can understand information immediately
Ability to work efficiently, think clearly and solve tasks accurately under pressure
Pro-active and resourceful self-starter
With a quiet place at home away from any disturbance, a laptop, a smartphone, and fully running Wi-Fi connection 5mbps or higher
