The Role: We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Cebu branch. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare experts to provide essential healthcare services, education, and support to elderly individuals and those with intellectual or developmental disabilities, empowering them to achieve and maintain optimal health. Join our vibrant, solution-oriented team where positivity and teamwork thrive! The Role is REMOTE, and you will be using telehealth technology to interface with caregivers and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and update client care plans
Conduct assessments as delegated by an RN
Ensure adherence to care plans in coordination with office staff
Participate in team and case conferences
Utilize basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
Demonstrate strong administrative and clinical abilities
Effective communication and education with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
