SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
 
To develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers and partners.
Designs and implements promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, and point-of-purchase materials.
Manages trade marketing budget, tracking expenses and ROI.
Analyzes market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior.
Provides sales teams with marketing materials, training and guidance.
Organizes trade shows, product launches and customer events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Develops trade marketing plans and budgets.
Design promotional materials (e.g., brochures, posters)
Develop sales training program
Create digital content (e.g., social media, email)
Monitor ROI and adjust strategies
Report progress to senior management
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors/College Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
At least 3 - 4years experience in Trade Marketing Management on FMCG
Skilled in Marketing Software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
FMCG trade marketing knowledge
Strategic thinking and planning
Effective communication and presentation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Project management and organization
Leadership and collaboration
Creativity and innovation
Data analysis and interpretation
