SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
 
To oversee, lead, supervise, and coordinate day to day activities of outbound operations and supports the Logistics Supervisor in overseeing the dispatching of stocks to customers or transfer to outside warehouse or branches.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the outbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved.
Create of schedule and monitor tasks and duties, manage performance and attendance of his/her team specially picking target of the day to catch up with orders.
Closely coordinate with the Transport Supervisor for immediate and fast loading to avoid long-stayed of picked stocks at the prestaging area to avoid hampering the picking activities.
Plan and monitors the picklist creation, invoicing performance to avoid delays of dispatching.
Closely coordination to Inbound Supervisor the smooth stocks inventory to avoid delays of picking and insufficient stocks to any orders.
Closely collaboration and coordination with Inbound Supervisor any improvement for inventory process.
Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes drive continuous improvement (thru CPAR/Terminal Reports).
Achieve customer satisfaction through excellence in dispatching and assuring quality of goods of his/her area of responsibilities.
Identifying areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Supervise of making sure 100% implementation oft the proper execution of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system module.
Prepare job order, and requisition for all common office supplies and materials needed.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments such as inhouse quarterly inventory and wall to wall count of Accounting.
Prepare and submit management reports on time.
In-charge over-all housekeeping and Pest Control inside the warehouse free from infestation of insects.
Exercises safety and security procedures in all pre-staging area, loading bay and all activities at all times.
Assists and coordinates intra and inter-warehouse transfer lead by Inbound/Inventory Supervisor
Assists activities relating to the physical count of stocks
Close coordination and collaboration with Transport Supervisor for aligning of trucks assignment.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors/College Degree, Logistics/Business Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in Logistics/Warehouse supervisory
At least 2 years work experience handling dispatching and costing
Knowledgeable in tracking and coordinating the loading, storage, and timely delivery of stocks to customer's end.
Knowledgeable in efficient flow of outbound process and can propose improvements.
Able to work long hours during peak cycle
Can work with minimum supervision
Good in verbal and nonverbal communication
Working knowledge in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Can implement Good Warehouse Practices
