We are looking for a Category Development Executive for Nestle Health Science to enable execution of the Category Channel plans across Channels and Key Customers as defined in the objectives to support Category growth and profitably build market share.
A Day In The Life...
Responsible for ensuring Category Channel plans are adequately funded on a timely manner across channels and customers. Responsible for providing status and review of the investment plan in the Monthly Business Planning
Responsible for driving the Category Channel plan review across Channels and key customers in the Quarterly Business Reviews, category-specific reviews and trade visits.
Accountable for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the Cycle Plan activities. Ensure promotional guidelines are followed through a pre- and post-evaluation.
Responsible for giving input to Marketing-driven promotions mechanics to ensure it is shopper-relevant across Channels.
Accountable and responsible for driving the actualization of the Category Channel plans as scheduled, revisions of which should be properly communicated and updated in the Monthly Business Planning process and aligned with the Channel Development team.
Responsible for enabling the execution of category-specific key customer plans by assisting in the conceptualization, planning and funding of activities.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company and government principles and policies.
What will make you successful
With 5+ years commercial experience, preferably with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Previous experience in Sales and Marketing
Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role.
Understands customers and the selling process.
Understands key business functions
