Trade Finance Services
As part of the Trade Finance Team, you will be responsible for executing tasks within the processing of Trade products (LC/documentary collections) and interacts closely with the department. Clients being served are mostly quite experts and usually demand prompt service of high quality. Employee is expected to abide by international rules relative to compliance and operational risk.
Working in Trade Finance Services means that you'll need to intensive use your trade experience to process the requirements of the function and perform various structured routine operational task in a standard work environment. You'll work hand in hand with both teams providing services from Manila as well as with our business partners globally to ensure service delivery.
If you are good at:
Processing full course of Import and Export Documentary Letter of Credit, Collection and trade related transactions, including:
Advise and confirm export Letters of Credit to customers/beneficiaries
Process reimbursement claims under export LCs and related financing
Issue Letters of Credit / Standby Letters of Credit
Process payments for both inward and outward collection documents
Process and monitor both import and export collection documents are for acceptance (for usance bills) till final settlement.
Handle risk participation transactions related to trade products.
Perform compliance screening on transactions following Bank's guideline.

If you can:
Perform compliance/customer screening on transactions following Bank's guidelines for multiple locations
Perform Advance Compliance screening including escalation to MLRO;
Process import and export collections advice and amendment including self-release and release of transaction of (junior) processors;
Process and monitor payments for import and export collections including release in accordance with applicable release matrix;
Process and monitor both import and export collection documents which are for acceptance (for usance bills) till final settlement;
Issue and amendment of basic and tailor made Letters of credit/Standby Letters of Credit; Advise Export Letters of Credit (including confirmation, if requested) to customers/beneficiaries;
Process payments under Import and Export Letters of Credit;
Process reimbursement claims under Export Letters of Credit and related financing;
