Job Objective: Responsible for the sales & merchandising of the company's product within the store of our partner accounts. He/She will ensure consistent growth in sales plan and merchandising planogram.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
 Daily Store Visits to our partner stores and directly reporting of store issues to key account managers.
 Establishing & cultivating relationships with store managers
 Effective merchandiser
 Understanding the ecosystem of each store and identify areas of opportunities
 In-charge of inspecting, displaying and inventory of the company's products in partner branches.
 Ensuring that our products are well-stocked & displayed properly following our merchandising planogram standards
 Maintaining sales and inventory reports to be submitted to key account managers
 Observing competitors & their movements.
Additional Qualification:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or Equivalent.
 At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
 Preferably 1-4 years' Experience Employees specializing in merchandising or equivalent.
