Leads/aids the end-to-end conceptualization, supervision, and execution of trade and store marketing events, pop-ups, and other key seasonal and tactical executions (e.g. GWP sourcing), in conjunction with category and channel management teams. This includes all logistical responsibilities with respect to the successful management and execution of these initiatives as they come..
Command responsibility for ensuring the welfare, satisfaction, and continuous engagement of key (wellness) community partners, including but not limited to: studios, gyms, yoga instructors, pilates instructors, fitness influencers, front-facing retail and business partners, creative partners, etc. This includes the regular upkeep and maintenance of databases to this effect.
Command responsibility for defining, championing, evaluating, and implementing overall community engagement strategies and channels, including but not limited to social media, PR and networking events, media tie-ups, marketing activities, etc. This is primarily a supplementary function that works with channel + category teams.
Responsible for maintaining and/or lowering costs associated with trade and community engagement activities, while ensuring that target engagement metrics (to be defined in conjunction with category/brand, or store/channel teams) are consistently surpassed. Trade and community specialists are expected to continuously find ways to improve and measure the efficiency of their initiatives.
Works with visual merchandising and creative teams to ground high-level creative visions into actionable checklists, logistics executions, and day-to-day guidelines, for the purpose of standardizing visual, social, and creative outputs generated per brand/store/category.
