Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tour Dispatcher/Admin to coordinate car rental services for tourists, manage reservations, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate car rental reservations and bookings.
2. Dispatch vehicles and drivers for tourist transportation.
3. Manage tour schedules, routes, and itineraries.
4. Communicate with customers, drivers, and tour operators.
5. Provide administrative support (e.g., data entry, reporting).
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records and databases.
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administration.
2. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
5. Familiarity with car rental software and systems is a plus
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 
Work Environment:
1. Office setting.
2. Varying schedules (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
3. Frequent interaction with customers, drivers, and staff.
