The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the management and delivery of remuneration, benefits, well-being, and career development programs across Chronos Agency's global organization. This is a key role in Human Resources, driving initiatives to attract top talents, engage, motivate, and retain the company's workforce.
Aiming to continuously maintain the company's competitive positioning in the job market, this role designs, builds, and implements Total Rewards processes and policies supporting HR and overall business strategy. Further, this role is expected to lead or support other HR projects and activities that seek to enhance employee satisfaction and employer branding.
Accountabilities (specific duties and responsibilities, recurring tasks, etc.):
Understanding business and HR goals as well as job scope and responsibilities of all roles in Chronos
Serving as a subject matter expert and conducting data gathering and analysis of global compensation needs and local markets
Working with Finance and HR in forecasting, planning, and allocating people strategy budget
Researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, and evaluating emerging trends for benchmark comparisons
Developing guidelines and frameworks for market-competitive Total Rewards programs and initiatives that meet employee needs, ensuring implemented standards and recommendations are lawful and aligned with the company's global strategy and direction
Setting up and maintaining compensation structures, determined by location, job grade and levels, experience, qualifications, performance, and talent availability in the market
Designing essential processes and procedures, standardizing implementation of programs and projects across multiple regions, and enhancing systems for operational efficiency
Administering and monitoring availment of employee benefits such as leave days, bonuses as well as health & wellness and internet allowances
Participating in manpower planning for cost projection and containment
Conducting job evaluation, annual salary and benefits reviews, and Total Rewards surveys
Spearheading and measuring effectiveness of Recognition and Rewards programs
Monitoring and reviewing market data for incentive targets and salary adjustment recommendations
Initiating welfare programs and employee well-being benefits
Keeping track of employee data changes and initiating regular employee record updates
Addressing Total Rewards-related employee inquiries, delivering relevant reports to the Head of HR, and liaising with external vendors/advisors
Facilitating accurate and timely settlement of government statutory dues and delivery of corresponding benefits
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or other related courses
At least 5 years of progressive work experience in Total Rewards or Compensation Benefits in a multinational/international organization
Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures as well as labor laws and regulations across Asia Pacific, North American, and European countries
Knowledgeable about the service, e-commerce, and digital marketing industries
Experience in global benchmarking and developing and implementing Total Rewards programs and initiatives across multiple regions
Successful track record in international stakeholder engagement
Well-versed in the latest technologies and must be savvy about systems and tools (e.g. google sheets, google slides, HR Management systems, etc.)
Highly proficient in data management, reporting, and analysis
Above average communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and goal-setting skills (knowledge of OKRs is a plus)
Ability to define, measure, and effectively meet targets and KPIs
Strong research, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and proactively initiate positive change and improvements
